long-awaited step in the right direction towards activating international human rights law, international humanitarian law, and the Rome Statute to confront the war crimes and aggression committed by the occupation against the Palestinian people with the aim of genocide, forced displacement, and redrawing a new map in the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This decision is a victory for the principles of international justice and human rights, and emphasizes the importance of not allowing war criminals to escape punishment, and heralds the restoration of confidence in international judicial institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The issuance of these memorandum reflects a growing international consensus on the need to hold the leaders of the occupation and apartheid entity accountable for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and crimes of genocide, and sends a clear message that the absolute immunity enjoyed by the leaders of the occupation for decades has ended. It also commends the positions of the member states of the International Criminal Court,\u00a0 which have shown a strong commitment to the principles of justice by refusing to allow Netanyahu and Galant to enter their territories, and this enhances the possibility and necessity of isolating the occupation and apartheid entity, boycotting it and not supplying it with weapons, just as happened with the apartheid regime in South Africa.
